Congratulations, Rachel, Will and Nutmeg!  Your Snapfish voucher should land in your inbox during the next couple of days.

The other good news?  We’ve raised enough money to pay for two weeks’ worth of formula for an orphan in Haiti through this charity.  We can argue all we like about breastfeeding and how evil it is to send formula to a disaster zone, but the truth is that there are orphans who will starve without it.  It’s made up in this orphanage for the children there, by people properly trained to do so, which goes a long way towards ensuring that it’s safely and hygenically made.

Welcome to the new-look Barefoot in the Kitchen!

The blog and Daily Photo are now sharing a website, something I’ve wanted to do for a while but not had time for.  Thanks to today’s snow and Joe’s afternoon off, we’ve had time to do it.

Having a self-hosted Wordpress site also gives us greater control.  We’ve got a new theme which wasn’t available on a wordpress.com blog, and lots of shiny plugins back here where you can’t see them.
