Barefoot in the Kitchen

I don’t normally write here, but I didn’t write a Father’s Day post.  So here’s a daddy and his son, who I love with all my heart, having fun at the park.  Don’t they look great together?

David’s favourite place in the world is Rugrats and Half Pints in Banbury, and he’s just discovered the slide there, with a little help from Daddy.  By the end of this afternoon he was sliding down like a pro.

Last New Year, we were awake until 4am with a screaming week-old baby.  Last night, we were woken up by a teething, grumpy one-year-old.  Some things never change…

Friends of Joe’s have a little week-old baby girl, who shares David’s birthday.  We’re thinking of them tonight.
